Many awards! Morston Hall is the only restaurant with both 3 red rosette's and Michelin Star award within a 50 mile radius.
Morston Hall is an intimate country house hotel with its origin in the 17th century. It is located 2 miles from Blakeney on the North Norfolk coast. Morston Hall has won great praises from regional and national press, including East Anglia Small Hotel of the Year, also for its outstanding cuisine and high standard of accommodation. It is the only restaurant with both 3 red rosette's and Michelin Star award within a 50 mile radius.
Dining
The recipient of awards from the most highly respected critics, Morston Hall's restaurant has a set dinner menu, which changes daily, to guarantee that all food is prepared from the best and freshest ingredients, most of it from local sources. Dinner is served at a single sitting: 7.30 for 8.00pm. The dining room is open every night of the week (advanced booking essential). If you have any dietary requirements, we will be pleased to specially cater for them.
Sunday lunch is the only regular lunch served at the hotel and is very popular (advanced booking essential). By prior arrangement we are happy to serve lunch for sufficiently large groups celebrating special occasions.
Residents Light Lunch
We are pleased to offer our residents light snacks, consisting of soup of the day or a selection of sandwiches. These can be served either in the hotel lounges or in the conservatory. We can also arrange a packed lunch for you to take away with you on your departure.
Now even our breakfasts are in demand from locals, travellers and yachtsmen from the nearby Morston Quay.
Morston Hall's wine cellar offers a wide and varied selection from all over the world. Chosen with scrupulous care, the wine list is set out in grape varieties, rather than countries of origin, allowing diners to select wines of a particular taste and style. In keeping with the hotel's policy, they are all notably good value.
